First: Upon bring us your gown for service, you will discuss with our customer service representative any concerns you may have about the intricacies of cleaning today’s gowns. The beads, pearls and sequins will be examined. And we will ask you about the general condition of the gown.

Second: We hand clean each gown to assure that all stains are removed and the gown is clean and ready for preserving.

Third: The gown is professionally steamed and pressed to assure that the material in the gown is wrinkle free before boxing.

Fourth: The gown is loosely folded using acid free tissue between each fold and then placed into an acid free box and sealed. This will ensure that your wedding dress will last forever.

Fifth: It will be displayed in an attractive box with a window for viewing.

Sixth: The entire process will take about four weeks.

Seventh: You may store your heirloom package in any location. Do, however, keep it away from moisture or excessive heat.
